What is a Zen Wave Creations Digital Gift Card?
A digital gift card is a prepaid credit for our store. It’s delivered instantly by email and can be used on any item we sell.
Do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards do not expire. However, we recommend using your gift card within a year to stay ahead of new collections.
Are gift cards refundable?
Zen Wave Creations gift card purchases are final. Unused balances remain on the card until you use them or they expire.
How do I buy and send a gift card?
Choose a value from our preset options.
At checkout, enter the recipient’s email and a personal message.
We’ll email the gift card immediately.
Can I use ore than one card or combine discounts?
Yes. You can enter multiple gift codes at checkout. Gift cards act like cash toward your order; if your purchase exceeds the balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any accepted payment method.
How are Zen Wave Creations gift cards redeemed?
Each gift card has a unique code.
At checkout the recipient enters this code in the “Gift card or discount code” box. Our system verifies the card and applies the balance
How can I check the balance?
Email us at support@frequency‑jewelry.com with your gift card code, and we’ll let you know the remaining balance. We’re working on adding an online balance‑check tool soon.
Do gift cards incur any fees?
No. We do not charge activation, processing or maintenance fees.
